By placing your Order from the Company you are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms and Policies set out on this Website. If you do not to accept these Terms, you will not be able to Order any Products from our Website.

We reserve the right to make changes to any part of these Terms, so please ensure you check the latest version. We may modify or withdraw any part of this Website, and we shall not be liable to you or to any Third Party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.

About You

In order to book or shop with us, you need to be at leat 16 (sixteen) years old, be authorised and have a payment card or payment account which we accept. See our Payment section for more information.

Cancelling an Order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

As the Contract between us is not formed until we send you the Dispatch Confirmation on your Order, you may cancel at any time before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation by contacting us. We endeavour to reply within 24 hours, however please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your Order during the cancellation period. The cancellation period begins on the date that the contract is formed (when we send you the Delivery Confirmation) and continues until the end of 14 days starting on the day after you receive the Product.

Description and Price of Products

We have endeavoured to describe and show Products as accurately as possible. Despite this slight variations in Products may occur.

Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products or illustrative content.

The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our Website.

Products are subject to availability. If a Product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for this Product. If a Payment has been taken, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

Please Note: Due to the nature of the Indigenous Tribes using raw materials to make the jewellery, variations in colour of each piece will occur.

All prices are payable in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our Website is correct. However, if an error is found we reserve the right to either cancel your Order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.


Placing an Order

At this present time, we only take Website Orders from UK, USA and from selected countries in Europe. Please refer to our Delivery section for the list of countries we deliver to.

Our shopping page will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an Order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting you Order. Please check your Order prior to making a Payment.

After you place an Order you will receive an email notification acknowledging that we have received your Order. Where we do not accept your Order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your Order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.

Upon accepting and Dispatch of your Order, you will receive a Dispatch confirmation. At times, you may receive the Order Received and Dispatch confirmation in one email.

Payment

All prices are payable in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). We take the following methods of Payment: Debit card and Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro). When you use a Credit / Debit card you confirm that the card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the Credit / Debit card to use it.

All Credit / Debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the Card Issuer. If the issuer of your Payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched and delivered to UK addresses and to other selected Countries mentioned in the Delivery Charges section. For Delivery to other selected countries not mentioned, please inquire by contacting us.

Deliveries will be carried out by Third Party couriers. By placing an Order on the Website, you agree to the conditions of carriage of our Delivery Partners.

We will deliver your Products ordered Online within 3-5 working days upon receipt of your Order. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or Events Outside our Control.

Along with the recipient name, you must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. We will not be liable for the delivery of your Order as a result of incomplete and inaccurate information provided to us. Packages will require a signature on delivery and will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery charge refunds are made in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other applicable UK consumer legislation.

For International deliveries, Products are sold on an unpaid delivery duty basis. The recipient will be liable for any local taxes, import duties or custom fees. Where applicable, it is your responsibility to comply with any export controls, sanctions rules or other restrictions applicable to products supplied to you.


Delivery Charges

At present, we offer Delivery to UK, Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark and Finland). We do not currently delivery to BFPO addresses.


We offer the following Delivery options :

FREE UK Delivery for Orders over £100 via Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivered within 3-5 working days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivered within 5-7 working days) at cost of £15 -£20
Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivered within 5-7 working days) at cost of £15 -£20
Royal Mail Special Delivery to France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Finland (delivered within 5-7 working days) at cost of £15 -£20

Orders placed over the weekend and UK Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday unless it is a UK Bank Holiday.

Order Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns

As the Contract between us is not formed until we send you the Dispatch Confirmation on your Order, you may cancel at any time before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation by contacting.

The cancellation period begins on the date that the contract is formed (when we send you the Delivery Confirmation) and continues until the end of 14 days starting on the day after you receive the Product.

You may return your items (please note earrings cannot be returned nor exchanged for hygiene reasons), within fourteen (14) days of receipt, for a refund (this will not include any postage cost) via the original form of Payment. Any item(s) not returned to us within fourteen (14) days we will issue you with a credit note (this will not include any postage cost).

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless the item is deemed faulty. We would like to assure you, we go through the necessary Product Quality Checks prior to packing your Order. We recommend you send the Products back to us via a signed for courier service for your peace of mind.

Any packaging, dust bags or authenticity labels must be returned with the Products otherwise we will not be able to refund the Order.

Once we have received and validated your returned Product, we will send you an email to confirm the validation. Any refund due to you will be made to you on the credit card or debit card used by you, as soon as possible. Please allow up to fourteen (14) working days for the monies to reach your bank account upon processing the Refund.

If you are returning an online purchase given as a gift, you will receive a credit for the Product value at the time of the purchase.

Promotions

Occasionally we will offer various promotions for a limited time. If a promotional discount has been applied to your Order, then you will only be refunded the amount you originally paid for the items. Any Free gift given with the Order must also be returned if you are returning the item(s) to which the gift is related.

Promotional Delivery Offers will apply to Orders that meet the Terms and Conditions for that particular promotional guidelines, such as the required or applicable merchandise total before Delivery charges are applied. Generally Delivery Promotions will only apply to UK Delivery, unless otherwise noted.
